The Workers Compensation Act provides injured employees with benefits that pay for medical expenses, lost wages and permanent disability benefits when employees are injured on the job.

The Kansas Workers Compensation Act is designed to provide medical and compensation benefits to employees who suffer an injury that arises “out of” and “in the course of his or her employment”.  This series of laws includes all types of injuries, whether your accident involves serious injury to your hand(s), or such complicated cases as brain injuries, lung injuries as well as repetitive trauma injuries.
